Co-ops Worried

As seen above, Land O Lakes is worried about the Capper Volstead "protection."

  1. Oh I just love my DFA coop. That's how I managed to lose a million dollars last year, but it would have been two million without DFA. What a bunch of crap. I'm not saying coops are bad, it's just that the notion that DFA type coops are working for farmers (especially those small family farms that are under their thumbs) is not true and we all know it.

  2. If all you guys hate DFA so much, why don't you go and start your own coop. See how easy it is to market your milk every day. If you are succesful, then you can take these producers away from DFA.

    I bet you find it not as easy as you think.

  3. Nobody said it was easy. If in any way it appeared that DFA was doing anything besides feeding their own agenda no one would be squacking, but too much evidence says otherwise.
