is the latest dairy products report through November 2010.

Cumulatively, there has been 3.3% more cheese produced. But, whey, which is a by product of cheese making and should rise and fall proportionately with cheese, is only up 1.4%.

There is something rotten in the state of Denmark, as Shakespeare noted.

  1. Either "There is something rotten in the state of Denmark, as Shakespeare noted" or there is a rational explanation. You do the research....which is it?

  2. "Rational explanation". More cheese, less whey, more mpc's and other non milk additives. Boy that was hard.

  4. John,
I haven't heard anything from you about the new food safety bill. Talk about the worse thing for the dairy industry. They will be taking random milk samples and will find antibiotics in everyones milk. The vaccines we use, they will pick up the antibiotics in it. Our co-op is telling us to dump our milk when they test us. Who needs a dump your milk day then? Sincerely, Eric
