World Markets?

Today's CME block Cheddar price is just a hair over $1.50 per pound. For comparison, the Oceania price, as reported by USDA's Dairy Market News last week was an average of $1.66 per pound.

  1. We are only in a "world" market when it can be used as the excuse to drive or keep our price down. Right now we are in a "correcting" market and we will have to suffer till economic recovery occurs then we will see dairy recovery. At this time world market conditions are secondary(mainly because world prices are higher) can't anyone see this? I'm going to go bang my head against the wall some more it feels so good....DWCovert
